You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
To initiate a return, email info@akprolighting.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
All products come with a 3-year standard warranty. Contact our support team for warranty claims.
